Returns/Refunds policy 

To return a faulty DVD, or other item please telephone 01708 344700 for return authorisation. 

Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the invoice with your return, and wrap the package securely. (Usually the bubble envelope in that they arrive in can be used for the return) 

IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY. The maximum postage refunded for any recorded item refunded will be £5.00. We will replace faulty discs with the same title or refund back to a credit card if the title is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods

Refunds
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. 

Deposit refunds for courses

Minimum 4 weeks notice should be given for refund or movement of course date

Re: movement of course date: we understand circumstances may occur that would mean changing dates, please inform us at the earliest opportunity.

note: Goldtrowel plastering organisation is Not funded, it is a business and committed to training individuals so if you have booked a place and later decide your not up to it, "tough", you've lost money, we've lost money, and someone who could have used that date has to wait longer, " that saved all the small print used by other companies " 

We hope you can appreciate the above, unlike other companies who would bombard you with pages and pages of terms and conditions this is straight to the point and saved you reading 12 pages of garble that amounted to the same thing

Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot exchange discs unless they are received faulty or the wrong title is received incorrectly. 

Testing
We do test every single return, if a returned disc is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre we will return the discs with a postage charge not exceeding £2.00. We advise you to check the disc on a second make and model of machine before returning. We cannot be responsible for incompatibilities caused by machines that have been modified to disable regional encoding.
